This short script works under windows and under linux too. I wrote it for everybody who is looking for a script for showing the date and time internationalized. Easy to configure. There are two files: time.php and conf.php. Once you have configured the file conf.php, upload all files to your web server.

A simple copy & paste script that automatically updates the date portion of your site's copyright notice to cover the current year. A great time saver. All you have to do is copy & paste the code to the footnote of your document and change the beginning date and copyright text to your own.

Does exactly what it says on the box - it converts a GMT date, entered by a user, in the format 'dd/mm/yyyy' into UTC format and vice versa. A handy tool to have around when testing SQL date-based queries where dates are stored in UTC format.

This fun little time keeper keeps you thinking about what the real time could be. Through five levels of fuzziness you will be baffled as to what time "Midday" really is, or how close "Five to Twelve" happens to be. Implementation is easy and allows for GMT correction. Enjoy this script and keep your viewers wondering what the real time is!

Just like the time changing backgrounds that appear when using themes on iGoogle this simple function dynamically inserts css into the head of any web page to change the background and/or background image of an html tag, class or id based on the time of the day. One function call gets the job done with configuration variables to control server time offset (so the time is set to your local time) and the name of the tag, class or id you wish to add the background to.

This class can be used convert a date in in the Islamic calendar to a timestamp value. It works like the PHP mktime function. It takes a list of parameters to represent the different components of a date and time in the Islamic calendar instead of the Gregorian calendar. The class returns a timestamp integer value after converting the date. This class is part of Khaled Al-Shamaa project for PHP and Arabic language: http://www.al-shamaa.com/ php/arabic/
