Peter's Sports League Standings provides a simple display of league standings (wins, losses, ties, forfeits, games behind, winning percentage, points, runs for, runs against) and an administration interface to manage the teams and scores. It has a fine-grained permissions system to assign users the permissions to edit scores, teams, division, or conferences. You should be able to tweak it to suit many sports.
